Bring Your Own Hair or Wig – Custom Wig Making & Styling Service

This service is designed for clients who are supplying their own hair for customization. Send in you’re bundles  and a closure/frontals to have a custom wig constructed — we’ve got you covered.

What’s Included:

• Wig Construction (for bundles + closure/frontals)
• Bleached knots
• Hairline customization (plucking)
• Baby hairs (optional)
• Styling of your choice (e.g., straight, curls, crimps, etc.)

Important Guidelines:

• If Bundles or closure/frontal is used a picture or video must be sent prior to booking this service for approval to ensure quality results. Please visit our contact page for the correct place to send in  pictures or videos. 
• When wanting custom color on extensions provided by another supplier it is a REQUEST. To assure that you receive the desired color of your choice a strand test will be done to ensure that the hair can handle the coloring process and remain healthy. If it is found that the hair can not take the required process to achieve the desired hair color the service will be refused and a refund will be issued. To avoid this allow Kravee Hair to provide you with the top quality hair extensions for your desired color. 
• Head measurements are required to ensure the perfect fit. Please visit the "How to Measure Your Head" page on our website to send the accurate measurments.
• 13x4x1 lace wigs are accepted, but please note they have limited styling capabilities.
• We are not responsible for poor-quality hair or wigs provided by the client. If we notice any concerns, we will reach out before proceeding.

After Purchase:

• You will receive an address for shipping your hair after purchase. Please include your full name, order number, and styling instructions inside the package. Turnaround time is 5–7 business days after we receive your items. Please email  your tracking number once shipped! 
• If you are in Columbia, SC Pickup/ Drop off is available
