Our wigs are made with our new and improved 100% premium virgin har collection. All wigs are custom made and come with an adjustable band for extra support. Our wigs are machine made and all of our 5x5 closure wigs are completely glueless. All sales are final and we have a NO Refund policy. So please make sure you read the description and order the correct sizing and refer to our page about how to measure your head correctly. All our our wigs are made with thin HD lace. 

• How do we Get updates on our order? You can contact us through our email for any order updates. Automatic emails are sent out once you place any order. Contacting through social media is not recommended because it may result in your message being lost/unseen.
• Are Returns or Exchanges Accepted?  Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any issues with your order we will be happy to assist you! You have 5 days after you have received your order to email us if you have any issue. 
• Shipping? All orders come with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.  We are not responsible for shipping issues. After your order is shipped, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues with your package once shipped you have to contact your shipping carrier. All Ready to Ship units ship out in 1-3 business days from the purchase date. You will receive a tracking number through your email. 
• Wig Revamps?  Every Wig purchase comes with ONE FREE wig revamp. This includes washing and conditioning the hair and restyling to the style that is was originally in. A closure replacement is an extra charge. Also the only thing you pay for is to ship the unit to us. Wig revamps take  7-10 business days to be completed and shipped out.
