Wig Maintenance Service — Bring Your Wig Back to Life!

Got an old wig that needs some love?
This service is perfect for refreshing, restoring, and styling wigs that have seen better days. Whether your unit’s been tucked away in a drawer or worn down from daily use, I’ll bring it back to life — clean, soft, and styled like new.

✨ What’s Included:

• Deep Wash & Conditioning Treatment

• Wig Detangling & Smoothing

• Professional Blow-Dry

• Hot Tool Styling (Curls or Flat-Ironed)

🧩 Optional Add-On Services:

• 🧵 Closure or Frontal Replacement — available only for custom-made wigs (hair must be provided or purchased separately)

• 🔧 Track Replacements or Minor Repairs — custom-made wigs only

• 🪡 Elastic Band or Adjustable Band Installation

Note: Factory-made wigs are not eligible for closure/frontal replacements, track replacements, or minor repairs.

When booking, please include your desired style in the Notes section at checkout.
You can also upload inspiration pictures to help me match your vision perfectly.

📍 Pickup & Drop-Off (Columbia, SC):

If you’re located in Columbia, South Carolina, pickup and drop-off options are available for your convenience!
You can select a time at checkout that works best for you.
Detailed drop-off instructions will be included in your confirmation email after booking.
Pickup and drop-off services typically take 2–4 business days from the time your wig is received.

🎨 Color Policy:

At this time, color services are available only for hair purchased through Kravee Hair.
This ensures the best results and protects the integrity of your wig.

⚙️ How It Works:

1. Book your service directly through this website.

2. Ship or drop off your wig (full instructions sent after booking).

3. Your wig will be revamped within 3–5 business days after it’s received.

4. Once complete, it will be styled and shipped back out with free return shipping.

📦 Shipping Policy:

• Client covers shipping to me.

• I cover free return shipping once your service is complete.

• Please use a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

⚠️ Policies:

• Wig must be free of lice or infestations and not severely damaged (e.g., sewn-shut tracks, mold, or extreme matting).

• Add-ons are available only for custom-made wigs.

• Turnaround time begins once your wig is received, not when the order is placed.

• No refunds after the service has started. If your wig cannot be serviced, I’ll contact you immediately.
